SPM Kids is the childrens section of Sharon Power Management.

There are two sections to the children’s agency; Commercial and Elite.
 

The Commercial Division is for newcomers to the industry who we consider have potential.  They are confident, outgoing, characterful kids.  We also consider babies and young children for this division.

The Elite Division is for children aged 7 - 14 who we consider are stars in the making – this may be a graduation from the commercial side of the agency or we may see something special from the outset.

For children aged 6 plus

If we think your child may have what it takes it is most likely they will be offered a place in the commercial division. This is where they (and you) will learn the ropes and we will assess the industry interest in them.  It is a way for you and your child to experience our industry in a fun and secure environment with guidance from the best in the industry. We will advise you of upcoming industry workshops in audition techniques for older children.  As they gain audition and on set experience I will assess their potential and if they reach the necessary level a place in Elite will be considered.  Some children will be offered a place in Elite from the outset but this is very rare.
 

All children being considered for Elite will be interviewed by us.  This will partly be an assessment of the child’s confidence and maturity but also to explain the required commitment to them and to the parents.  If at the completion of the meeting it is my opinion they and their parents are ready for the commitment I will offer them a contract.
